We offer full removal and recycling turnkey packages. We can undertake as much or as little of the project as you would like. We have the experience and competency to manage a decommissioning project from start to finish. We can provide site setup, site supervision, safe roof access, competently trained labour, palletisation, lifting, loading, transport and HSE compliance in line with CDM 2015. Our recycling process

Collection: Panels are palletised, loaded and transported to our facility in Worcester.
Disassembly: Aluminium frames and junction boxes are removed using specialist machinery
Thermal processing: Panels are heated to separate glass, silicon, and bonded materials
Mechanical separation: Glass is extracted, and panels are shredded for air and electrostatic separation
Chemical processing: Silicon and silver are refined to reusable purity levels

Solar Farm Decommissioning

Pravas Solar Ltd delivers full solar farm decommissioning, including removal of panels, inverters, wiring and the mounting system including the piles. We then transport all the materials to our recycling facility in Worcester. We assess each site and create a structured dismantling plan to ensure safe execution. We can even provide landscaping rectification and rewilding assistance, in line with UK Planning guidance. Our bespoke recycling systems recover at least 95% of the raw materials, allowing for reuse across other industries. All work is carried out in line with strict policies and regulations, ensuring full compliance with environmental and legal standards. This approach reduces landfill waste, supports a circular economy, and helps to meet obligations for responsible end-of-life solar disposal.
